Precisely fitting CNC-milled back spacer for a Spyderco Manix 2 knife. The back spacer was milled from a 6mm GRP sheet to fit precisely according to CAD data.
The knife does not have to be disassembled to install the spacer. The back spacer is clipped in when it is assembled.
The shape of the back spacer is smooth so that the back of the knife is optically closed. In addition, with the backspacer, less dirt accumulates in the folding knife.
The edge of the back spacer can protrude slightly due to tolerances. This can be ground down depending on the shape of the blade.
Tested with a Spyderco Manix 2 C101GP2.
